‍Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, and platform usage metrics for security and performance optimization.

‍AI-Powered Services: We use advanced AI algorithms to analyze candidate data, perform intelligent matching, rank profiles, and automate recruitment communications.

‍Platform Operations: Your data enables core functionalities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, ATS integration, and performance analytics.

‍Service Improvement: We analyze usage patterns and feedback to enhance our AI models, improve matching accuracy, and develop new features.

‍Communications: We send service-related notifications, product updates, and customer support communications.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

‍Public Platform Integration: We access publicly available information from LinkedIn, GitHub, and other professional networks in accordance with their terms of service.

‍ATS and CRM Integration: We share relevant data with your connected Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management tools as directed by you.

‍Service Providers: We work with trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and technical infrastructure, all bound by strict data protection agreements.

5. International Data Transfers

As part of our UAE-Singapore corporate structure, we may transfer data between our entities and to third-party service providers globally. We ensure appropriate safeguards through standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, and compliance with UAE Data Protection Law and Singapore Personal Data Protection Act where applicable.

Hire provides AI-powered recruitment automation services including candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and workflow management. Our AI agents perform tasks traditionally handled by recruitment professionals while maintaining human oversight capabilities.

2. Acceptable Use

‍Permitted Uses: You may use Hire for legitimate recruitment and hiring activities in compliance with applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations.

‍Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for discriminatory hiring practices, data harvesting for non-recruitment purposes, reverse engineering our AI models, or any illegal activities.

‍Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of job requirements, candidate criteria, and any information you provide to our AI systems.

3. AI Services and Limitations
‍AI Performance: While our AI agents are designed for high accuracy, automated decisions should be reviewed by qualified personnel. We do not guarantee perfect matching or eliminate the need for human judgment in hiring decisions.

‍Training Period: AI agents require a training period with your specific requirements and may need ongoing refinement for optimal performance.

‍Platform Dependencies: Our sourcing capabilities depend on the availability and terms of third-party platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.

4. Intellectual Property
Hire IP:
We retain all rights to our AI technology, algorithms, platform software, and proprietary methodologies.

‍Your Data: You retain ownership of your recruitment data, job descriptions, and candidate information. You grant us necessary licenses to provide our services.

‍Candidate Data: Publicly sourced candidate information remains subject to the intellectual property rights of the originating platforms and individuals.

5. Service Level and Availability

‍Uptime: We strive for 99.5% platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

‍Support: We provide customer support during business hours with escalation procedures for urgent issues.

‍Updates: We may update our AI models and platform features with advance notice for significant changes.

6. Billing and Payment

Subscription Fees:
Services are billed according to your selected plan with automatic renewal unless cancelled.

‍Usage-Based Charges: Additional fees may apply for excessive API calls, premium integrations, or expanded sourcing capabilities.

‍Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available in your account dashboard.

7. Limitation of Liability
Hire's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of hiring decisions made using our platform.

8. Compliance and Legal Employment Law Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of Hire complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

‍Data Protection Compliance: We provide tools to support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, UAE Data Protection Law, Singapore PDPA, and other privacy regulations, but you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

‍Audit Rights: We may audit usage to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you retain access to export your data for 90 days, after which data may be deleted according to our retention policies.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' advance notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law
